Transitional or supportive housing shelters for the homeless will  help stabilize people with mental health issues and substance use disorders who through our behavioral health science evidence based and informed based practices.

HHH provides  B.A.N.S.A.K.E.H.M.™   Daycare and School of Sciences  services to program participants and underserved communities.

HHH trained  and qualified comprehensive case management department will ensure you a comfortable while conducting intake and assessment navigation for each client or resident. 

MedHelps Behavioral Health Clinics provides intensive medical case management  that address patients  medical conditions, issues, complaints for common and complex diseases through 45 minutes consultations. 

MedHelps Behavioral Health Clinics provides mental health solutions through one on one counseling, focus group  facilitation, Crisis Resolution Teams with non-clinical support from peer specialist.

MedHelps Behavioral Health Clinics medical staff are trained professionals who conduct detailed  assessments and accurate data reporting with  the highest quality valued health care system for our patients.

MedHelps Behavioral Health Clinics provides  HipHotic® Fitness evaluations, custom one on one training, or group fitness sessions for patients to add action with the physician's recommendation to get fit and healthy.  HipHotic®  Fitness Directors and Academicians work closely with the medical and mental health staff to ensure the patients success.

HHH provides legal representation and advocacy to program clients and supportive housing residents through our legal department

HHH trained  and qualified  Life Coaches and  Purple Guns™  Mentors (Peer Specialist ) are assigned to program participants at the time of intake

We build the trust and respect needed to customize action service plans with resources to assist individuals and families with independent living.

HHH provides relevant certification training and education for vulnerable populations who interested in exploring career development in a career track of choice. Our professional staff assess and works with clients to determine the most advantageous training and job
development path to follow through Chance Academy™  Life Skills and Career Training Center provides training in areas that have high growth potential & employment availability according to NY State and throughout the USA.

HHH case management and client coordinators work cohesively to ensure all program participants have a fair shot at the eligible benefits of affordable low income housing vouchers and subsidies through Public Housing Agencies in New York including section 8 and NYCHA. HHH encourages all program participants to enroll in NYC  Housing Connect within 30 days of intake and assessment for shelters, supportive housing, and  independent living  programs.

HHH provides expanded access to program participants  who receive certifications in their chosen career track and Employers/Business Networks that help beneficiaries become hired in specific areas of expertise for greater financial independence. 

HHH Site  Directors and Facility Managers  work cohesively to ensure all program facilities are managed with the best practices in maintenance, cleanliness,  tenant retention, and security for quality assurance.

HHH offers and provides scheduled and transportation services for all program participants to get from one program location to the next in a safe timely manner.  

HHH transportation vehicles interiors are cleaned daily  with hospital grade disinfectant.  Transportation vehicles  filter and ventilation systems are treated each night with a disinfectant.  Masks are encouraged and available for riders and participants.

HHH offers and provides Metrocards to program participants who need to travel outside of the program locations for individual appointments toward independent living and reconnecting with family or children while engaged in the community programming.

HHH offers and provides (3) healthy meals and (2) snacks with beverages through  meal delivery services for shelter facilities or onsite culinary services onsite for supportive housing facilities.

As a nonprofit 501 c3 we leverage our food supply through food rescue and  distribution services with City Harvest and other charities who aide with feeding  and educating the homeless or hungry in underserved communities.
